Our regular shipping policy has been modified due to COVID-19. Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days! (Monday-Friday)
Please ensure that all of the shipping information attached to the order is correct. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to alter that information and we will not be held responsible for any misshipped packages.
We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for PROCESSING. Once the order has been processed and the payment has been cleared, the package will be shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will require an additional processing day. In the rare occasion that your order will not arrive within the expected time frame, you will be notified and offered alternative options for your order.
Domestic Flat Rate Shipping: Approximately 3-7 business days
Domestic Express Shipping: Approximately 2-5 business days
We are not responsible for any delays in shipments due to incorrect shipping information, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Also note that holidays are not included as business days. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be sent to your PayPal email address. Please track your shipment at www.USPS.com . If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please contact customer service at HairByModawkins@gmail.com

Shipping to a Non-Billing Address
As of August 8, 2018, all shipping and billing information must be the same or the order will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders will only be shipped out to the credit/debit card's billing address to avoid fraudulent activity. Please be sure to enter all information correctly, as no exceptions will be made for minor errors.

In-Store Pickup
All products are available for In-Store Pick-up. We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for processing. In the rare occasion that your order will not arrive within the expected time frame, you will be notified and offered alternative options for your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an "order pickup" email between 2-4 business days notifying you that your order is ready. All orders are to be picked up during business hours ONLY. ( Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday 10am- 5pm)

Pickup Requirements
As of November 1, 2020, all customers MUST present the following identification at the time of pickup:

The Mo Dawkins Experience
To ensure that your hair will be on time for your appointment, please purchase all hair at least TEN BUSINESS DAYS prior to your appointment. If you are making arrangements for your hair to be colored prior to Mo Dawkins installing it , please order further in advance (10-15 days prior to your appointment) . If the hair is not on time for your scheduled appointment, reschedules will be offered if available. If you happen to order your hair late and miss your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you but if there are no available reschedules, you will be given your merchandise to keep until you are able to secure an appointment. There will be no refunds issued for hair ordered late. ALL HAIR PURCHASED ON SALE/AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE WILL NOT RECEIVE 10% OFF THE INITIAL INSTALL. In the event that you book the Mo Dawkins Experience but buy the hair at a discounted rate, you will still be responsible for the total balance of the install following your service.

Order Cancellations/Returns
Due to the nature of the items, we currently DO NOT offer refunds UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE but we will be happy to assist you in product exchanges. We stand strongly behind the quality of our products so we offer a 30-day full exchange on all unrolled and unused hair. If the hair shows signs of use, temperament, or manipulation, the hair cannot be returned and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, we are unable to cancel the order. No exception.

If you purchased hair from the MoDawkins Collection looking to receive the MoDawkins Experience, please understand that all purchases made are separate from appointments. The hair you purchased from the MoDawkins Collection is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the appointment is canceled.

To return or exchange your product, please contact customer service within 30-days from the day you received your hair prior to returning your item(s). Hair must be returned in its original packaging with the original labels still intact. Hair MUST BE uncombed, not brushed, or finger-combed to be considered for an exchange. If the hair shows signs of temperament, the item will be returned to you.
